Become a BCC Blogger

Posted by BCC on April 28, 2008

This blog is a group blog — all members (and friends) of BCC are invited to contribute content to this blog. The more folks we have contributing, the more interesting and fun it is for all of us :) If you are interested in contributing, please leave a comment on this post, and we’ll send you an invitation!

Supposedly, you have to be “technologically adventurous” to figure out how to create an account at WordPress.com, and thus get signed on the BCC blog.

I promise you I am not technologically adventurous (just check with my cell phone on that front), but somehow I got the account and here I am.

I can’t wait to get started on “Unlocking Your Keys,” our latest 40 days prayer guide.

I hope we will entice a few folks whose first language is not necessarily “blogspeak” — just a sense of adventure is all that you need! I’ve set up a page to accumulate some tips and tricks for using this blog — look at the top of the page, or in the list of “pages” in the right-hand column.

In the past year I have been so blessed with the 40 Days of Prayer guides that I hardly know what to do with my prayer life when we are not in the middle of one of the guides! Thanks to all who have contributed throughout this year.
Having the opportunity to know my friends at BCC go through some of the same struggles with scriptures and, conversely, enjoying the great heights found in Scriptures is truly inspiring. It is good to be in touch daily with thoughts from the Bible and a BCC friend. I hope more will become involved and inspired by these prayer guides and more will share when the opportunity arises.
